With classic, bucolic views towards the gently sloping eastern hills, you’ll savor spectacular sunrises as well as a display of the dramatic, pre-sunset light cast upon the Napa Valley from your expansive, private deck.  

Remodeled down to the studs in 2019, a spacious, light-filled living space awaits as you enter the front door.  The well-appointed living room shares dramatic valley views, as morning sunlight cascades through its large windows.  Custom and designer furnishings are complemented by beautiful, original artwork. The living room opens to the efficient kitchen featuring quartz countertops, white subway tile backsplashes, white country kitchen cabinetry, and the necessary amenities for comfortable living.  

A white sliding “barn door” on a rustic track opens to a very spacious bedroom suite filled by southwestern light to keep it bright and cheerful throughout the day.  Tastefully furnished with a king size bed featuring luxurious bedding, complementary designer furniture, and a comfortable, yet utilitarian trundle couch for a guest.  An inviting bathroom with a stall shower completes the apartment. A brand-new washer and dryer are for your exclusive use, located just downstairs.  

The guesthouse is setback approximately 100 feet from the street, and substantially separated from the beautiful main home.  Country estates and vineyards comprise the surrounding area that is uniquely the Napa Valley.
